Sunnyvale cultivation PARK: tree planting
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: This first phase of development for the Sunnyvale Cultivation Park we begin with nature. We will be planting 18 trees into the vacant lot that will become a farm and produce distribution hub for the community.

It’s that time of year again and we need your help to make it happen. Volunteer with OCVP, MATI-X, & JOPPY MOMMA’S FARM for our annual: Giving Thanks - Turkey and Produce distribution. Join us at the farm to harvest fresh produce to be distributed to the community along with a big thanksgiving turkey.

The Annual Joppy Momma’s Farm Juneteenth Commemoration Celebration. Join us in the historic Freedman’s community of Joppy as we commemorate the Juneteenth Holiday with an afternoon of exhibitions, entertainment, food, games, and family. Joppy Momma’s farm is dedicated to preserving the rich history and contributions of those formally enslaved and their descendants through urban agriculture that increases access to fresh healthy produce and empowers communities to take control of their diet, health and wellbeing.
